The latest copy of Frontline, the magazine of Humberside Police Federation, is out now.
The summer edition is themed ‘policing the pandemic’ and includes a forward by branch secretary Helen Collier highlighting the challenges faced by the Force and the Federation during the coronavirus crisis.
It includes a focus on how attacks on police officers have increased during the pandemic, and our call for the doubling of sentences for offenders convicted of assaults on officers.
Frontline examines the findings of the first national police wellbeing survey, reports on the 2.5 per cent pay award for officers that was recently announced by the Government and highlights some of the offers available to members.
It also takes a look at roads policing and how Federation members can share their views and experiences in an ongoing review.
The magazine is available to read online, and printed copies are also available around the Force area.
