Pay and morale – have your say

All members are reminded to take part in the annual Police Federation of England and Wales pay and morale survey.

The survey results are used in the Federation’s annual submission to the Police Remuneration Review Body (PRRB) – the independent organisation which advises the Government on officer pay. 

“I would urge all members to take the time to fill out this survey,” says Pete Musgrave, chair of Humberside Police Federation, “It was launched a couple of weeks ago but I am sure there are still some officers who have not taken part.

“The more officers who use this opportunity to share their views, the more weight our evidence has as we can say it is representative of the majority of our members.”

The survey has been issued via the Federation’s National Member Database and will close at midnight on Friday 11 September.
