Group Insurance Scheme

To apply for the Humberside Police Federation Group Insurance Scheme, please apply direct with our insurance provider, Philip Williams, www.philipwilliams.co.uk

Go to the Philip Williams website above,

Under the Group Schemes banner, click ‘find out more’, the next page will ask you to ‘log on’ or ‘register’, please register, choose the ‘Humberside Scheme’ using your work email address.

Once logged in, scroll down to Apply Online and choose the ‘Group Insurance Scheme Application’.  Apply hereThe other application is for Supplementary Life and Critical Illness Cover which you can also apply for if you want extra cover.

The insurance scheme is ‘Humberside Police Federation’

The application type is ‘member application’

Then the members type will either be, police staff, serving member is for an officer joining and the other options are for partner of serving(officers / staff)

Please complete the application form with all your details.

Once submitted, the Fed Admin Team will be notified when your application is successful and we will send you a Voluntary Deduction from Pay Form and GDPR Form, these will both need to be returned to us to complete your application process.

The process can take between 4 to 10 weeks and once you are accepted we will contact you.
