Federation remembers Bruce

Today marks the first anniversary of the death of Hertfordshire PC Bruce Lister.

Bruce (57) started a late shift on 29 January 2023 and was found by colleagues to have died at his desk the following day after suffering a medical episode.

“Bruce’s sudden death was shock to his family, his friends and his colleagues and our thoughts today are with them as we remember Bruce and his service with the Force,” says Luke Mitchell, chair of Hertfordshire Police Federation.
