What Is Our Purpose?

Hampshire Police Federation exists to support, represent and protect police officers throughout their policing career.

As the staff association for officers up to and including the rank of Chief Inspector, we provide an independent voice for our members and work to ensure they are treated fairly, supported professionally and have access to the advice and representation they need.

Representing Officers' Interests

We work closely with the Force on matters affecting officers, including working conditions, health and safety, welfare, resourcing and operational issues. Through consultation, engagement and negotiation, we seek to ensure that officers' views are heard and considered when decisions are made.
