Part of the Police Federation of England and Wales, we represent the interests of rank and file officers, providing support, advice and representation on matters affecting welfare, working conditions and professional interests.

Established under the Police Act of 1919, the Police Federation was created to ensure police officers have an independent voice and a means of raising issues affecting policing, officer welfare and operational effectiveness.

Today, we continue to support, represent and protect our members throughout every stage of their policing career.
