PC is remembered

Derbyshire Police Federation has paid tribute to fallen colleague PC Steven Sharman on the 33rd anniversary of his death.

Steven collapsed and died while attending a road traffic accident on 18 March 1990. He was 36.

Branch chair Tony Wetton said: “Our thoughts are with Steven’s family, friends and former colleagues on the anniversary of his death. 

“He is missed by all who knew him and is remembered for his dedication and service to the people of Derbyshire.”
