Is it time to talk about money?

A free downloadable fact sheet has been created for Federation members to help them talk more openly about their finances.

Police Mutual has designed the guide to help stop the stigma surrounding conversations about money, which in turn should improve people’s wellbeing and mental health.

The fact sheet includes a host of handy hints and tips on how to financially detox, from planning your year, to better budgeting, cutting back and making savings.

The leaflet also includes a number of useful links for readers needing further support.

An additional fact sheet, specifically focussing on pension advice has also been created for members. 

Police Mutual provides serving and retired members of the police family with financial and wellbeing support.
