Members are being urged to take part in the annual Police Federation pay and morale survey.
The findings of the survey are used as evidence in the annual submission to the Police Remuneration Review Body which advises the Government on officer pay.
“This is perhaps the most important survey to be carried out by the Police Federation each year,” says Tony Wetton, chair of Derbyshire Police Federation, “I would encourage every member to take the time to fill out the survey and have their say on police pay and morale.
“The more people who respond to the survey, the stronger the evidence we can submit to the Government and other stakeholders.”

The survey has been issued via the Federation’s National Member Database and will close at midnight on Friday 11 September.
