Remembering Bruce

Today marks the 11^th anniversary of the loss of Derbyshire PC Bruce Stevenson.

Bruce was on duty at Cotton Lane Police Station on 7 January 2013 when he collapsed and died. He was 47.

Derbyshire Police Federation chair Tony Wetton has paid tribute to Bruce.

He said: “Bruce was a popular and well-respected officer. His loss was felt across the Force and we continue to remember the service he gave.

“Today our thoughts are with his wife, Wendy, his children and grandchildren, his wider family, his friends and his colleagues.”
