Practical advice on budgeting and reviewing your current spending have been published in the latest Let’s Talk Money factsheet from Police Mutual.
The factsheet offers tips on how to reduce what you spend, including sleeping on it before making decisions to fork out large amounts of money and focus on your debt and savings.
It also suggests reviewing your finances at least once a year and when there is a significant change in your circumstances such as a pay rise, a move to a new work location, a new home, a separation or a new baby.
