Bereavement support available

A new factsheet is offering people advice on how to look after themselves following a bereavement.

The factsheet, published by Police Mutual, also gives guidance on how to support others, including children, who are grieving.

It has been launched to coincide with Grief Awareness Week which is run by the Good Grief Trust Organisation and started on 2 December.

The aim of the week, which continues until Sunday 8 December, is to raise awareness of the impact of grief and break the taboo around talking about grief.
