Still time to have your say on wellbeing

27 June 2023

Derbyshire Police Federation chair Tony Wetton is reminding members to give their views on how the service can best support their wellbeing.

The annual national police wellbeing survey, which is now in its fourth year, is available to complete via the Force intranet and is due to close soon.

The survey is being led by Oscar Kilo, the National Police Wellbeing Service, and is run by the Policing Research Unit at Durham University with support from the College of Policing.

Tony said: “I’m conscious that it feels like we’re all being asked to do lots of surveys, but it’s really important that we take these opportunities to tell police leaders about the issues you face on the frontline of policing and how you’re feeling about it.

“It’s important our members make their voices heard so that a clear picture can be built about their wellbeing, what’s working, what’s not and the support they need.”
