A webinar exploring the potential impact of the McCloud remedy on the pension tax allowances of those in the Police Pension and Civil Service Pension Schemes is now available to Derbyshire Police Federation members.

It also considers the impacts on Lifetime Allowance protections and looks at how interest may be added to payments and refunds and possibilities for compensation where a tax loss can’t be reclaimed.

Provided by Police Mutual, the webinar is most likely to be suitable for scheme members whose growth in benefits has exceeded, or come close to exceeding, one of the allowances over one or more of the “remedy period” years. 

It is free to view and can be paused and restarted as many times as needed.
