It is National Fitness Day today (Wednesday 21 September) and members are being encouraged to explore ways that they can improve their mental and physical health.
A factsheet that has been created by Police Mutual is now available to download, and bursting with information on how you can lead a healthier lifestyle.
Why not set yourself a fitness challenge to aim for? How about getting outdoors more? Perhaps you could team up with a friend and get fit together? These are just a few of the tips included, to help you better look after your health and wellbeing.
The leaflet also links readers to useful guides, giving them access to further support about sleep, mental health and financial wellbeing.
