A free online event is being held to support members leaving the Force to embark on a new career away from policing.
Organised by X-Emergency Services (X-ES), the networking event will be taking place via Zoom on Thursday 12 August and aims to help officers and staff who are making the transition into life outside the force.
Whether it is through retirement, or choosing a different career path, this event will allow officers and staff to socialise and gain advice from like-minded people.
Family members of those leaving the police are also eligible to attend.
Former officer Sue Conboy, who worked for Gloucestershire Constabulary and retired following a PTSD diagnosis, will be a keynote speaker at the event.
X-ES is a social enterprise provider working with members of the emergency services and their families, supporting them in their transition into the next stage of their professional journey.
