Derbyshire Police Federation is committed to improving officer health and wellbeing.
The Nine-Point Plan on mental wellbeing was first developed by Federation Health & Safety Leaders and was further developed by Derbyshire Police Federation.
It has been accepted and signed by the Federation, the Deputy Chief Constable, the Police and Crime Commissioner, the Superintendents' Association and the Derbyshire Police branch of UNISON in April 2018.
The Federation has a seat on the Force Wellbeing Board and encourages the Force to work towards achieving all aspects of the Nine-Point Plan.
Tony Wetton, chair of Derbyshire Police Federation, signs the Nine-Point Plan.
