The Police Children's Charity (previously The Gurney Fund)
A registered charity for the care and education of the children of deceased or medically retired police officers from subscribing forces. Assistance may include a weekly allowance and grants towards educational expenditure such as school trips, uniform, music lessons and sporting activities. Beneficiaries are also invited to attend holidays and activities arranged by the Fund. Further information is available from their website:

Care Of Police Survivors (COPS)

COPS is run by survivors for survivors. Membership is open to spouses, partners, children, parents and siblings of officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
The Curtis Palmer Program
In brief the Curtis Palmer Program charity was set up by serving and retired Police Officers, Police Staff and Military Veterans for serving and retired Police Officers, Police Staff and Military Veterans in memory of our friend PC Curtis Palmer. We help the physically ill/injured and those suffering with stress, anxiety, depression and their mental health wellbeing. Prevention is far easier than cure so ideally we want to help service users create a work-life balance before they break and for those retired a better quality of life.
