Federation has productive meeting with Sussex PCC

This week our Chair Raffaele Cioffi caught up with PCC Katy Bourne.

They discussed police officer pay and the gap here in the South Of England.

Also on the agenda were officer numbers on the front line vs demand and Reg 22 breaches and the continued abuse of this.

Another point of interest was the Government's funding formula for Policing which puts us at a disadvantage here in Sussex.
