Last Will & Testament

There are two types of LPAs: one for health and welfare, and another for property and financial affairs. Having LPAs in place ensures that your personal, health, and financial matters are handled according to your preferences by people you trust.

They offer benefits such as reducing inheritance tax, protecting assets from creditors or during divorce, and providing for vulnerable family members. Trusts can also ensure that assets are distributed according to your wishes over time, rather than as a lump sum.
