Free mortgage advice for members

Are you looking to buy a new house or is your current mortgage deal coming to an end?

North Yorkshire Police Federation members can find out more about the mortgage options available to them through a free advice clinic.

The clinic is being delivered in partnership with Police Mortgages and will take place on Wednesday, 11 February from 10am to 4pm.

Police Mortgages is a leader in offering mortgage advice for officers, staff, and their families.

Expert advice

Members will be able to get free expert advice from dedicated mortgage specialist Fiona Ratcliffe.

It will help the adviser if members have details of:

• Income. This could be the latest payslip

• Details of any credit cards or loans, including approximate balance and monthly payments

• Details of any adverse or bad credit

Appointments are free and need to be booked in advance.
