Free mortgage advice for branch members

North Yorkshire Police Federation members are being invited to take advantage of a free upcoming mortgage advice clinic.

It is being delivered in partnership with Police Mortgages, the UK’s leading mortgage advice brand specifically for police officers, staff, and their families.

Whether you are a first-time buyer, looking to remortgage, or are moving home, members can take advantage of Police Mortgages expert guidance.

The clinic takes place on Wednesday 11 March from 10am to 4pm, and will be hosted by dedicated mortgage specialist Fiona Ratcliffe.

It will help the adviser if members have details of:

• This could be the latest payslip
• Details of any credit cards or loans, including approximate balance and monthly payments
• Details of any adverse or bad credit

Appointments are free and need to be booked in advance.
