Federation remembers PC Robert Ingram

PC Robert Ingram is today remembered by North Yorkshire Police Federation on the anniversary of his death.

Robert died after his patrol car crashed as he attended an emergency call on 27 August 1993. He was 28.

Rob Bowles, North Yorkshire Police Federation chair, said: “We hold Robert in our thoughts today and pay tribute to his service and his sacrifice.

“We also hold in our thoughts his family and friends and his colleagues.

“It is important we show the loved ones of our fallen colleagues that we stand with them and that they will never be forgotten.”
