Lake District Property Update - 2023 Season

Dear Welfare fund and Group Insurance members

As you are all aware the cost of living is having a profound impact on everyone and the Welfare Fund/Group Insurance properties in the Lake District have also been affected.

The site fees at Limefitt and Fallbarrow parks have increased by 9.8% and they have re-introduced the post Covid 20% VAT as well as a big hike in energy costs.

The properties made a small profit last year but not enough to absorb these additional costs.  We have had to take the decision to raise the prices of the properties in line with the increased financial demands.

The properties represent excellent value and we still rent them at a significant discount to our members.

I am sure you understand the reasons for the raise but if you have any questions or concerns then please contact us in the office.

BOOKINGS FOR 2023 WILL BE TAKEN FROM MONDAY NOVEMBER 7TH AT 9AM.

Please call 01904 909483 with the property and week of your choice.  Payment is by BACS and a 25% deposit will secure. You can pay by instalments with payment in full one month before your stay.

This is a very busy time for the office and we will be doing our best to answer all your calls - please help us to keep the phone lines moving by asking any further information you may wish to know about before the booking opening date on the 7th November.
