Remembering PC Kenneth Hill

20 October 2026

North Wales Police Federation will today pause to remember PC Kenneth Hill on the anniversary of his death.

Kenneth was just 21 when he was fatally injured in a collision while driving to the police training centre on 20 October 1985.

North Wales Police Federation chair Trystan Bevan said: “Today we remember PC Kenneth Hill who was just 21 years old when he died and had so much of his life and policing career ahead of him.

“Our thoughts are with his family, friends and those who knew and worked alongside him.

“As a Federation, we will continue to remember and honour those officers who have given their lives in the service of others.”
