Mental health conversations encouraged in February’s Police Mutual factsheets

Time To Talk Day is a leading focus of this month’s Police Mutual factsheets, as Federation members are encouraged to be open about their mental health.

The annual initiative was held on Thursday 5 February this year and is designed to create conversations among family, friends and colleagues about mental health – something which this wellbeing guide can show you how to do yourself.

There is also support and advice around Children’s Mental Health Week (week starting Monday 9 February) in February’s offering of factsheets.

Meanwhile, the financial section of Police Mutual’s monthly guides, Let’s Talk Money, covers topics including gambling, talking to children about money, and the housing market in 2026.
