Family law surgery day set for mid-April

Federation members are being encouraged to take advantage of free legal advice in a surgery session at the branch's office this month (April).

Thanks to the Fed's partners at Lund Bennett, dedicated family law solicitor Holly Aspinall will be on hand on Tuesday 14 April to discuss any area of matrimonial law that may be of concern to you.

All branch members and their families can book an initial 60-minute consultation with Hollie – who is bilingual in English and Welsh and will be seeing clients throughout the day – by contacting the Federation office.

Reduced fixed fee

Further along in the process, you are entitled to discounted hourly rates and a reduced fixed fee on divorces.

Lund Bennett also specialises in the likes of finances and pensions in the event of divorce, childcare arrangements, cohabitation and civil partnership disputes.
