Get guaranteed returns on savings through Serve and Protect

Serve and Protect Credit Union is offering Federation members the chance to open an advantageous savings account this December.

You can now open a Fixed Saver account with Serve and Protect and lock in a guaranteed interest return of four per cent annual equivalent rate (AER) over 12 months.

Deposits of between £1000 and £10,000 can be made into the account, which will be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

As well as security and peace of mind, the Fixed Saver gives you the opportunity to save money knowing you are helping other public sector workers. This is achieved through Serve and Protect’s ongoing mission to provide tailored financial solutions to the likes of police, fire, military and health services.

Applications to open an account must be submitted before Monday 29 December, with interest to begin accruing from 1 January 2026.
