IMPORTANT - Please be aware there are changes to the SmartDelay Plus benefit as detailed in the
Group Insurance Scheme’s Travel Policy.
You will now need to register for the SmartDelay Plus benefit at least 48 hours in
advance of your flight.
This replaces the previous rule of 24 hours which is currently displayed on page 9 of the
travel policy.
