The new edition of magazine Upbeat is out and focuses on reaction from the national Police Federation conference in Birmingham.
The views of Leicestershire Police Federation board representatives who were at the conference are included in the content to provide local opinion on how national issues may be affecting our members.
Those national talking points included the ongoing Protect the Protectors campaign, police pay and knife crime, among others.
New Home Secretary Sajid Javid also addressed delegates at conference less than a month into his new role with the Government.
Away from the conference, Upbeat includes a feature on our Communities 1st campaign which proudly highlights some of the more unsung work done by our members throughout the county.
The magazine is online now, while the printed version will be distributed later this week.
