Operation Isobar – officer feedback

Members are being urged to give their feedback on Operation Isobar to Hertfordshire Police Federation.

The Federation chair Geoff Bardell and secretary Al Wollaston will soon be involved in a debrief for the operation and want to share officers’ feedback with senior leaders.

“We would very much like to hear officers’ views on how Operation Isobar went along the lines of what they felt worked and what could be improved upon,” says Geoff.

“As is always the case, it is good to be able to identify areas of best practice but also to ascertain where improvements could be made in future operations of this kind.”
