Judicial Review Update

Dear colleagues

Following on from our update in October, I am pleased to update you that our application to lodge a judicial review relating to the PRRB on the grounds listed below has been accepted and a hearing is likely to be heard in the summer.

We welcome this positive news and will now be working hard to prepare and plan for this important issue.

We will be updating our web and social media channels with this news shortly but wanted to share this with you as soon as we had received it. As and when we have further information we will update you again.
