West Mercia Police Federation

Flint House Police Rehabilitation

Flint House is a charity funded by donations from those in the police service and their families. Thanks to this generous support, Flint House helps and heals over 3,500 serving and retired police officers each year, offering both physical rehabilitation and mental health support.

Flint House provides a safe, relaxed environment for serving and retired officers, where everyone is treated with care and respect — no ranks, no hierarchy — by a team of experienced and compassionate practitioners. Whether you're a new recruit or a seasoned officer, there's a good chance you'll benefit from their services at some point in your career.
