Watch the PFEW annual conference live

The Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW)  is inviting members to join its annual conference online, with a full two-day livestream available.

Taking place on 18 and 19 November, the conference brings together Federation leaders, policing specialists, and policymakers, the conference will explore critical issues including pay and conditions, mental health, and the pressures faced by frontline officers.

“This is one of the most important events in our calendar,” said the secretary of West Mercia Police Federation, Lesley Williams. 

Policy

She added: “It allows members to hear directly from those influencing policing policy and to stay connected to national conversations that affect them every day.”

Broadcaster Ian Collins will host the conference, supported by Slater and Gordon. Key sessions will include speeches from National Chair Tiff Lynch and Chief Executive Mukund Krishna, plus awards recognising outstanding officers.

The second day features a panel on policing’s suicide crisis, campaign updates, and additional keynote speakers.
