Members urged to know their numbers

This year, Know Your Numbers! Week is encouraging everyone to know their numbers and find those with undiagnosed and uncontrolled high blood pressure.
The week will:
- Encourage the nation to use a simple and reliable monitor to measure their blood pressure at home
- Encourage them to take the necessary steps if their reading is considered high, and
- Raise awareness about the risks of high blood pressure.
Police Mutual has produced a Know Your Numbers factsheet to coincide with this year’s awareness campaign.
