New guide gives money-saving ideas

A new online guide packed with money-saving ideas is available for West Mercia Police Federation members.

The booklet has been produced by Police Insure, which provides insurance to serving and retired police officers, to help members make the most of their money through the cost of living crisis.

It includes tips on how to save money when running your appliances, on washing and drying clothes, and on keeping warm.

The guide includes tips on fuel efficiency and saving money when driving. There’s advice on how to save money on your shopping, on mortgages and insurance, and on entertainment subscriptions.

There is help with getting a cheaper mobile phone deal, ideas for cheap activities for the family,  and tips on making the most of cashback, coupons and discounts.
