Federation magazine out now

The summer edition of the West Mercia Police Federation magazine is out now and available to read online.
The latest issue of Connect focuses on the 2022 Police Federation conference and includes full coverage and analysis of keynote speeches, panel discussions and break-out sessions.
Branch chair Sarah Cooper reflects on the conference, the theme of which was Fighting for Fairness, in her foreword and the magazine.
There are also features on the campaign for a new medal for officers killed in service, which has the full backing of West Mercia Police Federation, plus articles on new measures to tackle discrimination and misogyny in policing.
