Remembering PC Ashley Burchell

West Mercia Police Federation chair Sarah Cooper has paid tribute to PC Ashley Burchell to mark the 36th anniversary of his death.

PC Burchell was training his police dog when he died on 11 May 1985, aged 38.

Sarah said: “The thoughts of everyone at West Mercia Police Federation are with Ashley’s family and friends at this time.”
