West Mercia Police Federation are providing an opportunity to officers who are within 2 years of retirement, or within the EIHR process, to attend an innovative 2-day course with Mightify to better understand themselves, their options and achieve a positive, fulfilling future inside or outside of policing.
At Mightify, we understand what a significant change it is to move on from emergency service careers and this course is designed and delivered by people who have done exactly that, as well as helping many others do it too. We believe that you will leave these 2 days with greater confidence, better awareness of what’s out there for you and the skills to effectively present yourself.

The course will be virtual and held entirely online on 7th and 8th April 2021(full days). The Force have authorised 1 duty day to attend, the other day must be attended in your own time.
