Free family law consultation

All members of Suffolk Constabulary can take up the offer of a free initial consultation with the family department at Suffolk Police Federation member services partner Barker Gotelee.

The family law team hold monthly surgeries for members of the Force and handle a wide range of legal issues affecting families, predominately dealing with:

Divorce and ending civil partnerships
Financial settlements
Separation agreements
Pre-nuptial agreements
Children’s matters including contact and residence

The surgeries are held at Barker Gotelee’s offices in Barrack Square, opposite BT Adastral Park in Martlesham Heath and there is a large, free on-site car park.

Consultations are provided by appointment only and must be arranged at least seven days in advance.
