Federation remembers PC

Suffolk Police Federation chair Darren Harris has paid tribute to an officer from the Force on the anniversary of his death.

PC Kevin Biglin, who was 41, died of heart failure after becoming unwell during officer safety training on 3 December 2004.

“Today we remember Kevin, his dedication to the Force and to policing,” says Darren.

“Our thoughts also go out to the family, friends and colleagues he left behind and who continue to feel his loss.”
