8 December 2023
Suffolk Police Federation members are being encouraged to complete this year’s pay and morale survey.
Members have until Monday (11 December) to complete it and have their say on the issues facing rank and file officers.
Branch chair Darren Harris said: “It’s important that as many members as possible complete the survey to really highlight the issues they’re facing. Please make your voice heard.”
The findings from the survey will be used by the Police Federation of England and Wales in its national pay campaign, in fighting for fair remuneration for police officers, and in calling for an independent pay mechanism.
It will also provide accurate and timely information on the current state of police morale and wellbeing, helping to inform and drive policies to support officers.
The link to the survey and full details have been emailed to members. If you’ve not received it, please check your junk folder.
And if you have any questions or experience any issues, please email researchanddatacollection@polfed.org.
