Suffolk Police Federation members are encouraged to nominate colleagues and projects that have made a difference to the wellbeing of officers and staff for a national award.
Nominations for the annual Oscar Kilo awards are now open.
The awards recognise the fantastic work that has been done - and continues to be done - to provide wellbeing support across UK policing.
Suffolk Police Federation chair Darren Harris said: “The awards are a real chance to celebrate the fantastic work of our colleagues who make a significant contribution to the health and wellbeing of Suffolk Police officers and staff.
“It would be great to be able to shout about the great work we’re doing in Suffolk on a national stage and to share it with others.
“Please do take the time to nominate if you think a colleague or a project is deserving.”
Oscar Kilo, the national police wellbeing service, is inviting nominations in seven categories:
Creating the environment
Leadership
Absence management
Mental health
Occupational health
Personal resilience
Protecting the workforce.
There is also a special non-police award for other organisations such as the fire and rescue service, who are working towards completing the Blue Light Wellbeing Framework (BLWF).
The deadline for nominations is 10 March and the winners will be announced at the awards event this summer.
Visit the Oscar Kilo website for more information on the awards and to nominate yourself, a colleague or a project.
