Suffolk Police Federation

Pay and morale: make your views known

22 September 2022

There’s still two weeks to take part in the Police Federation’s annual pay and morale survey and members are being urged to make sure they have their say.

This year’s survey has been combined with the demand, capacity and welfare survey to provide a comprehensive picture of the realities of policing.

The Federation wants to capture members’ views and experiences on pay, morale and wellbeing, and to support its ongoing campaigns to improve pay and conditions.

The survey closes on Monday 3 October.

Ben Hudson, secretary of Suffolk Police Federation, said: “We’re grateful to those members who have already completed the survey but if you have not yet had chance to fill it out I would urge you to take some time to make your views known.

“Your answers help us show the realities of policing and the impact they have on police officers. The more members who respond to the survey the stronger our voice will be.”

Members can find a link to the survey in an email from the Police Federation of England and Wales which will have gone to their mailbox on Outlook 365 rather than Focus.
