The latest edition of the Suffolk Police Federation magazine is out now and available to read online.

This issue covers the latest news and views on the major issues facing policing including the revised guidance on driving regulations, revised CPS disclosure guidelines, after a national campaign led by Suffolk branch secretary Ben Hudson, and the officer recruitment and retention crisis.

There are interviews with Mark Jepson, a former Suffolk Police chief inspector who is now the chair of the county’s Police and Crime Panel, the branch’s third full-time rep Helen Self and Suffolk Special Constable Tina Barber.

The magazine also profiles retired Suffolk inspector Alan Oliver who completed a 215 mile ultra-marathon to help raise money for the PC Nicola Hughes Memorial Fund.
