The Force has joined the nation for a two-minute silence for Armistice Day.
Ben Hudson, secretary of Suffolk Police Federation, was among those to lay a wreath during a short service at Force Headquarters this morning.
Wreaths were also laid by the Chief Constable, UNISON, the Superintendents’ Association and the Police and Crime Commissioner.
“It was an honour to lay a wreath on behalf of the Federation and its members,” says Ben, “Armistice Day gives us all a chance to reflect on the sacrifice of those who gave their lives in serving and defending the country.”
