Remembering DC Michael Last

The chair of Suffolk Police Federation has paid tribute to DC Michael Last who died 34 years ago.

Michael was 32 when he was killed in a road accident while on RCS duty on 23 September 1987.

Darren Harris said: “All our thoughts are with Michael’s family, friends and colleagues as we remember him today. It’s imperative that our fallen officers are never forgotten.”

Norfolk DC Terence Glister also died in the same incident.
