A seasonal message from your branch

I think many of us found 2020 challenging but sadly 2021 has also presented its own difficulties, with the ongoing impact of Covid-19 coupled with intense negative coverage in the media and the pay freeze serving to take its toll on policing.

It is fair to say that policing in the pandemic is demanding and often thankless work but it has brought out the best in our members who have carried out their duties with dedication and determination to protect the people of Suffolk.

As 2021 draws to a close, we would like to thank you all for your continuing commitment to policing and we look forward to representing you in the New Year and beyond.

We wish you and your loved ones a merry Christmas and a great 2022 and hope you get the chance to take a hard-earned rest over the festive holidays to spend some quality time with your families and friends.
