Suffolk Police Federation

Travel insurance

Our worldwide travel insurance policy covers the member and their spouse, cohabiting partner and their dependent children/grandchildren under the age of 23 and living with them and in full-time education. This includes the period between their last day of education and the start of September when that academic year ends.

Benefits of cover

The policy provides annual cover for any number of trips in the 12-month period. Each trip is covered up to a maximum of 31 days, which can be extended to a maximum of 183 days by payment of an additional premium. Extensions must be arranged before you travel and full details of your travel plans must be given to George Burrows by phoning 01403 327719.

Cover includes trips in the United Kingdom, provided overnight accommodation has been booked and paid for.

Additional cover

On payment of an additional premium, cover can be arranged for friends and other family members under 18 years of age who are travelling with you.

Policy limits and exclusions may apply, please see the travel policy booklet for full terms and conditions.
