Vote for your national Chair!

All members in GMP - and across England and Wales - are encouraged to vote for their national Police Federation Chair. 

Two candidates have put themselves forward to be national Chair of the Police Federation of England and Wales: John Apter and Phill Matthews. 

All Police Federation members (officers up to and including the rank of Chief Inspector), subscribing or non-subscribing, are eligible to vote and should have received further information about the candidates and how to vote - including a unique voting code - to their pnn email address.  If you have not received an email please double check and then contact us.  

The closing date for voting is 11.59pm on Monday 30 July.

The national Chair plays a key role in the national Federation, ensuring the welfare and interests of members are at the heart of the services we provide, acting as principal spokesperson, and representing the organisation on a national level.
